This week has definitely been an off one. I am guessing it has been all the snow.
In all honesty, I have not quite made it to the gym this week. However, there has been a lot of playing in the snow which kind of counts. I have had off weeks in the past, but it has definitely been a while.
To contribute to my lack of motivation, I am working extra long days at work. My plan is to hopefully muster up some energy to make it to the gym tonight. I won’t beat myself up about it. At least, I have been eating semi-well.
